Dragons of China #BestOfSaturn

Imagine heading to China to learn about the nine mythical dragons, only to discover one has reawakened… and he’s evil!

As the foreigner Ken, your task in Imagineer’s 1997 graphic adventure / visual novel Dragons of China is to seek the remaining eight dragons and gain their help in sealing away the ancient, winged terror. Visuals consist of still screens presented in a unique anime style, and the adventure revolves around talking to various characters and making choose-your-own-adventure decisions.

With an intriguing (fully Japanese) storyline and even some very light combat, this is a good one!

Peter Malek

A Saturn fan since the beginning, Peter plays Saturn almost exclusively. For Peter, Saturn represents a moment in time where 2D games were at their best, 3D was just rising, and fascinating gaming 'firsts' were commonplace.  There are very few Saturn games that Peter cannot find some enjoyment in!
