Whilst Saturn fans waited for the Virtua Fighter 3 port that would never come, AM2 dropped Fighters Megamix in its stead. Featuring all the Virtua Fighters, Fighting Vipers, loads of secret characters and even moves from VF3, this was SEGA’s biggest fighting game ever and the first Saturn-specific title from its most prolific arcade division. It’s awesome.
A Saturn fan since the beginning, Peter plays Saturn almost exclusively. For Peter, Saturn represents a moment in time where 2D games were at their best, 3D was just rising, and fascinating gaming ‘firsts’ were commonplace. There are very few Saturn games that Peter cannot find some enjoyment in!
