Discworld #BestOfSaturn

An entry in the long-gone point-and-click genre, Discworld released in Japan and Europe in 1996. Terry Pratchett’s world comes alive in this adventure that sees the player take control of the ‘wizzard’ Rincewind, to try and despatch a dragon that’s wreaking havoc across the land. Filled with humour and faithful to Pratchett’s universe, the game reminds of old PC graphic adventures. Only the Japanese release was compatible with the Saturn mouse, unfortunately. The game was well-received in Europe, and a sequel eventually materialized.

Peter Malek

A Saturn fan since the beginning, Peter plays Saturn almost exclusively. For Peter, Saturn represents a moment in time where 2D games were at their best, 3D was just rising, and fascinating gaming 'firsts' were commonplace.  There are very few Saturn games that Peter cannot find some enjoyment in!
