Developed by Technosoft and released in Japan in the summer of 1995, Fantastic Pinball Kyuutenkai is an anime-based pinball adventure. Select one of three heroes of Flipperland and play pinball to prevent the resurrection of the Demon King!
The board is three-tiered: heaven up top, the Earth in the middle, and hell at the bottom. The background scrolls as the game and story progresses.
The game is cute yet solid, there are plenty of gimmicks and quirks, and there are plenty of bonus games to enjoy. Very colorful!
A Saturn fan since the beginning, Peter plays Saturn almost exclusively. For Peter, Saturn represents a moment in time where 2D games were at their best, 3D was just rising, and fascinating gaming ‘firsts’ were commonplace. There are very few Saturn games that Peter cannot find some enjoyment in!
