I mostly use my Dreamcast with a MODE ODE in it. I have the Broadband adapter, so I usually play online using that.

Monitor wise I use a BVM D24 to play via 480p out from my SCART Cable.

Also, not sure if it also counts, but my Cab with a NAOMI in it.
