The Castlevania Resurrection E3 Demo is NOW AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD!

After the entire Saga of Castlevania Resurrection that was reported on over the last couple weeks (Part 1, Part 2), with baited breath, the playable game we’ve seen countless times in promo videos, and of course the now famous hand capture has now been released to the public!

Video of Gameplay:

The team over at https://www.sega-dreamcast-info-games-preservation.com/ compiled an archive of the original raw GDI image, but also a GDI for use on an ODE such as a MODE or GDEMU, and CDI images to run on a CD-R

The game is rough, but still very playable. Don’t expect any major gameplay or story elements, as this is just a playable demo for press and other VIPs.

We here at SHIRO! want to thank everyone who put in the work to get this unreleased game out there. After many horror stories of games lost to time, it’s always great to see some preserved for future generations to play, study, and enjoy!

You can download the game to play yourself here on Archive.org

Below is a few screenshots I’ve captured from the game:

I never said this game wasn’t glitch free..
Definitely quite a pickle..
Ahhh, the void.
