PandaMonium’s ‘Digging for Isix’ Premieres May 9

My latest video is finally done. Digging for Isix: A Digital Pictures History plunges into the story of this well-known full motion video company.

This project originally started as a simple review of Double Switch for the Sega Saturn. It still spends a lot of time giving this game a comprehensive look, but throughout the research phase, I was given an insane amount of source material — unreleased footage, behind the scenes interviews that have never been released, internal documents, canceled games and my own interviews. So it spiraled into a 7+ hour long series uploaded as one giga video.

It is split into seven chapters. The first two go over the history of Digital Pictures as a company, detailing its games and major events in chronological order. The third chapter is the long review of Double Switch for the Sega Saturn, the last Digital Pictures game in my release date list. Chapters four and five go over two canceled games from the company. Then we get into the weeds of how the company went bankrupt in chapter six. The last chapter is just a short segment to tie things up and end the video.

Digging for Isix is up for early access for any PandaMonium Patreon subscribers, SHIRO! Patrons and anyone who has donated to the PandaMonium Ko-fi page. The video will premiere publicly on May 9.
